The Rules are part of Conditions of Agreement to Provide Accommodation and will be signed as a part of the Accommodation Contract Agreement. Upon your arrival you will sign the Contract Agreement and the Rules prior to receiving your keys. Some general common sense rules apply, such as, to not entertain guests late at night or play loud music or any musical instruments between the hours of 22:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. ensuring peace and quiet time for all residents in the building.
