What is the difference between HomeinKosova housing and a hotel?

HomeinKosova offers spacious, fully furnished and cozy apartments. Our apartments are larger than hotel rooms, and offer a home-like atmosphere that you will not find in a hotel. Our apartment are fully equipped with complete kitchen, dining, living, and sleeping areas. They are located centrally, at walking distance to major city destinations and close to shops, bars, parks and gyms.


Is there a minimum length of stay?

Based on availability, there is a minimum of 3 days length of stay, however, for some apartments there is a possibility of negotiating the price for stays longer than a month. Please, check apartments that have this option.


How do I pay?

At the moment, the reservation must be made through bank transfer. We are working to set up a credit card payment system that will be available soon. The payment for the rest of the rent can be made with cash or through bank transfer on the day of your arrival (at check-in).
