Select your apartment
Select the apartment in the city where you want to stay and fill in the form. Write down any specific requests that you might have on the space provided in the form.

Availability Check
Once we receive your request we will check the availability for the dates you have chosen and will send you a confirmation for the requested apartment via email. You will have all the necessary information on how to make the payment and the exact price within maximum of 24 hours.

Reservation Confirmation
The reservation for an apartment should be made at least one week in advance. The minimum booking fee of 10% is required in order to confirm the reservation. Subject to fee payment, reservation confirmation is applied 3 days prior to arrival. Reservation payment amount is non refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation
Cancellation fee is no more than the booking fee paid in advance or equal to 10% of the accommodation charge. Bank transfer charges may apply.
